Míele Portugal invited me to paint a panel for their new store in Porto.
The concept stores Míele Experience have an inherent concept of integrating an art piece from a local artist. The ideia was to create a new and modern design, integrating elements from the city.
For the design, I studied a few vintage european city posters from travel advertisements, and reinvented them to the city of Porto and to fit the store’s colours and style. As if they were citizens, I painted my birds among the city landscapes.
This is the digital drawing prior to the panel. The four images are different and independent but they connect each other by a few elements.
